We are the Twin Flame Besties. We are adorable chaos as one of our friends just labeled us. I’m still trying to decide if that is a good thing or a bad thing. For now I’m to tired to care and I’m just going to go with it.
In September of 2021 I said Fuck It and started writing a book. I didn’t have much of a plan and no hint of an outline but I buckled down and decided that in the world of indie published authors I wanted my chance.
As a kid I wrote stories all the time and in high school I started writing poetry so I was familiar with the urge but up until that moment I had never really considered writing a full length novel. Somehow not only did I write To Call the Clouds, I got it published. I found readers and some of them even liked the book. It felt like a dream come true.
So onto book 2 I went because I gave into peer pressure and instead of Nox being a dragon that changed colors with the seasons I was talked into a 4 book series with a different dragon for each season. There are days I wish I had stuck to my plans of a standalone because I’ve learned so much since then that I feel like a different author wrote the beginning and end of the series. And in a way that is what happened.
I grew as an author over the course of the series but I also found my best friend and co-writer along the way. I wrote books two and three of the How to Train Your Harems Series solo but also not. Stormy joined my super fan club which quicky morphed into her being on my Alpha team and us building a friendship to the level I’ve never experienced before.
Her support and encouragement while I was writing along with her sometimes harsh but accurate feedback helped shape those books into what they are. Stormy is also the queen of amazing one liners and her snarky suggestions found there way onto the pages long before we got to book 4 and she actually sat down and started writing with me.
Books four & five of the How to Train Your Harem series are full co-writes with Stormy Belle.
Long story short we clicked. We have similar senses of humor, favorite tropes in books and a whole bunch of other things in common. It feels natural to write with Stormy and she has made the process even more fun that it was.
Our writing styles compliment each other. I have always struggled to get started going from ideas to the page. I’m better at the detail work. Stormy is fantastic at getting the main concepts down on page with badass dialogue but she can’t describe a walk across the room to save her life. So she writes and I come behind her and “Polish” as we call it and together I feel that we bring you books that we can be proud of.
Could I keep writing on my own? Yes. Do I want to? No. We are a team and I am thrilled to get to do what I love with my bestie at my side.

Who is Tawny?
I was born and raised in the great state of Wyoming where I still live. Writing does not pay the bills yet so I still work full time in the mental health industry which I try my best to represent well in our books.
Other than a few years in North Dakota as a toddler, that I have tried to block from my mind, I’ve always lived in Wyoming or Montana.
When I first started writing my husband became my biggest cheerleader. From day one he told me that he knew I could do this and has encouraged me every step of the way. When Stormy and I started writing together it didn’t phase him one bit and his “I’m proud of you.” statements became “I’m proud of you guys, you’ve got this.”
If you have read the books you may notice that I have a thing for giant fluffy man bears and that’s because I married one. Toby from our current WIP is a true tribute to my hubby, we even used his gamer tag.
My sister and my mom have also been there for me, reading the books and encouraging me constantly. I know some readers and other authors have stated that they can’t tell their family’s what they read/write. I have to say I appreciate that I can be open with mine even if it does lead to disturbing conversations with my mom about how book 4 didn’t have enough details on how the penis piercings felt during sex. Oh, and there should have been more sex… Thanks mom.
Our house is filled with chaos because I have a giant dog that acts like a toddler and two cats. One very needy, very vocal old man and one little princess that is the serial killer of the neighborhood. She brings us gifts of all kinds on a regular basis and I think it’s only her tiny size that has kept her from dragging home a turkey.
When Stormy and I aren’t struggling to write our next best seller I love to read and I also enjoy online games. Which is probably why our current WIP is about a gamer girl.

How Did We Get Here?
My whole life I have read voraciously, As a teenager when asked what I wanted to do when I grew up my answer was always “Become an Author”. It wasn’t until I met Tawny that I thought my dream really could become reality.
Let me set the scene for you. I posted on the Bookface as we do looking for recommendations because I was in a reading slump. This random Indie author says “Hey I have a PNR romance if you wanna give it a try. Message me if you want to talk book stuff.”
Boy I bet sometimes she regrets making that offer. I downloaded To Call the Clouds and was instantly Hooked. So hooked in fact that I messaged her at 4am her time screaming in all caps locks “YOU MADE HIM REAL!!!”
The rest is history. While I did not have anything to do with the amazing book that is To Call the Clouds I have had my Snark, sarcasm and One Liners in this world since book two. For at least a year Tawny kept telling me we just need to write together and between her insistence and my Husbands cheerleading skills I decided to see if i could turn my dream into a reality.
We really are just two best friends brought together by magical worlds and Dragon Dick. Those who have been here since the beginning can see the subtle differences from book One to Book Two but our writing styles mesh together so seamlessly its as if nothing has changed.
Who is Stormy?
I was Born in New Hampshire but was Raised in Florida. I hate the heat. Like ALOT. So I made a deal with my Inner Mermaid. I could move North as long as i was near the Ocean. So now I live in Rhode Island with My Husband who is my person in everyway. We went from Best Friends for over a decade to married and it was the best decision in the history of EVER. We have Two Daughters and Two Fur Daughters.
I still Read voraciously and Game as often as I can in between creating worlds full of found families, Snark, sass, Humor and Love with my Best Friend.
Both of us are probably on some watch list for our Search history and I still am very sorry to the agent assigned to me about the whole circumcision search i did for Ivar in book 3 of the How to Train your Harem series.
If I never write another word again, This community has brought me my Twin Flame and life long sisters that I am immensely grateful for.
